Lindsay Langella handles all aspects of Personal Injury cases from inception to trial.
She has been an attorney at the firm since February 2022. Then, Lindsay was named Partner at Langella & Langella in April of 2025. In a short amount of time, she has transcended the firm, building on the success of her father, Michael. She has taken the firm to a new level and changed the legal landscape of advocating for her clients.
Lindsay Langella’s legal career serves as a sterling example of how developing the right blend of skills, talents & aspirations are the right path towards a comprehensive understanding of what achievement looks like.
Following law school, Lindsay found herself drawn to the work of prosecution. So, she looked for both opportunities and mentorship in the field. She found both in an internship with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. There, she worked with the late Suffolk County Prosecutor Bill Reynolds.
In 2017, Lindsay became an Assistant District Attorney with Suffolk County, NY, where her legal career truly began to flourish in earnest. It was here, as a prosecutor, that Lindsay had her first true taste of using all of the skills and experience she had built over the years to begin delivering justice for victims of crime and malfeasance. Lindsay went on to try over a dozen cases as an ADA for Suffolk County. She earned a reputation for taking challenges head on, and being unafraid of making difficult decisions.
Later, in 2020, Lindsay continued her litigation career and transitioned into civil practice. She worked for a prominent insurance defense and then medium-sized Long Island Personal Injury Law Firm.
“I've recovered millions of dollars against these insurance companies for my clients and I will not stop until my clients get the justice they deserve."
"My goal is to build trust, fight for your rights, and make sure you feel heard and supported every step of the way. Big cases, small cases, I take every case to heart. This isn’t just a job–it’s personal.”
Lindsay has gained admission to practice law before the Courts of the State of New York, the Eastern District of the United States, and the United States Supreme Court.
She went to Roger Williams Law School where she was the Moot Court President and trial team member. Additionally, she argued in front of the Rhode Island Court of Appeals and participated in several trial team competitions. Lindsay received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politics and Law with a double minor in Business Administration and Communications from Bryant University. At Bryant University, she was a member of the Division I Women’s Lacrosse Team and two-year Captain.
Lindsay spends a lot of time with her family, and enjoys skiing, reading, and trying new restaurants.
